Return and Refund Policy
1. In case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can’t be cancelled using our website.
1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. The return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
2. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location. You would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.
Eligibility for Refund We take great pride in the purity of our organic products. We accept refund requests only under the following circumstances:
1.Physical Damage: The glass jar or container is cracked or broken upon delivery.
2.Seal Breach: The primary safety seal is broken or tampered with at the time of arrival.
3.Incorrect Item: There is a mismatch in the product type (e.g., ordered Wildflower Honey, received Clover Honey) or size.
1.Safety First: Due to the nature of edible products, items must be unopened with the original safety seal intact. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return for food safety reasons.
2.Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original outer packaging. Requests for items without original labels will not be accepted.
3.Perishable Nature: Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the specific window mentioned on the product page (typically 48–72 hours for food items). Requests made after this period cannot be honored.
